In addition to our Private Adoption and Foster Family Agencies, AFFI also helps families that are at-risk of entering the system due to child abuse and that are in need of prevention, intervention, and aftercare services. These families are capable of caring for their children in their home, but they need a little extra support for their financial, emotional, and/or mental needs in order to care for themselves and their children. As the country’s only Asian-focused Adoption & Foster Family Agency, AFFI offers a myriad of IN-LANGUAGE and IN-CULTURE services for Asian families in the child welfare system. We can be your liaisons to increase the quality of the relationships with Asian American families in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and Tagalog languages.
