Job Description:

Korean American Family Services (KFAM) is a non-profit organization specializing in gender-based violence, mental health, and foster/adoption services to API immigrant families. KFAM is seeking a Korean-speaking Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to work under the supervision of Mental Health Program Director. QA Specialist will provide administrative and QA support for Mental Health Department.



• Generate quality assurance reports to help clinicians in attaining outcome measures and ensuring appropriate documentation in a timely manner for DMH

• Conduct billing audits for CAPIT cases to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Manage Electronic Health Record system (update forms, etc.)

• Review and follow-up with denied claims for DMH billing

• Assist with outreach events

• Support therapists on case management duties as needed

• Provide translation services as needed

• Cover front desk duties as needed

• Other duties as assigned


• Must be Bilingual in Korean

• Must be a self-starter, highly driven, and able to work independently

• Must have strong organizational skills, be good at multi-tasking, and detail oriented

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills—good at working with people

• QA or administrative support experience, a plus

• Must have driver’s license, insurance and be willing to drive, as needed

BENEFITS: Annual Salary $45,000 - $50,000. Generous benefits.
