Job Description:
Korean American Family Services (KFAM) is a non-profit organization specializing in family violence, mental health, and social services to Korean immigrant families. KFAM is seeking a part-time (15-20 hours) Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist to serve as Clinical Supervisor. The individual will provide clinical supervision to ACSW, AMFT, APCC, and MFT trainees to support and help implement county/state contracted programs.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Provide individual and group supervision for clinical staff as well as crisis intervention consultation
Promote the development of clinical skills and approaches
Oversee quality of services, including accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with County/State program
Review and approve clinical records such as progress notes, treatment plans, diagnosis, discharge plans, etc.
Ensure quality of service through chart review, program evaluations, and related activities
Support and make decisions with Program Directors
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
License in Clinical Social Work or License Marriage and Family Therapist (LCSW or LMFT); Minimum of 2 years in providing clinical supervision
Minimum of 5 years in direct clinical services
LA County DMH program experience/knowledge, preferred
Completion of required Clinical Supervision Certification per BBS
Knowledge and/or experience in working with API community a plus
BENEFITS: $45 – $75 per hour, DOE
